• Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from an event without refund for violating these standards.

Article 4: Media Consent

By attending our events, you grant Girlies in Groningen and our trusted partners the right to capture your image, voice, or likeness in photographs, videos, or other media. These may be used for marketing, promotional, or documentation purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and printed materials.

If you prefer not to be included in such materials, please notify an event organizer before the event or upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion.

Article 5: Tickets and Payments

Some events may require payment. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment and personal information.
• Follow the stated cancellation and refund policies for each event (these may vary).

Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is canceled or significantly changed by us.

All attendees are responsible for their own safety, property, and travel arrangements

We reserve the right to modify event details, including time, date, location, or content. If an event is canceled, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or ticket transfer, where applicable.

Article 8: External Partners and Collaborations

We sometimes work with partners or sponsors. While we carefully choose our collaborators, we are not responsible for their products, services, or actions. Please review any separate terms they may provide.

Article 9: Intellectual Property

All content produced by Girlies in Groningen, including logos, branding, event materials, and media, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without written permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved under Dutch jurisdiction.
